Kathryn Young, international speaker, has a mission: to help people find their path toward personal and professional success. With 25+ years of experience with young adults, entrepreneurs, businesses and nonprofit organizations, and at-risk communities, Kathryn is well equipped to help her clients move forward and experience enhanced personal and professional success.
As a coach, Kathryn ,trained in Mental Health First Aid, skillfully guides individuals and organizations to develop systems and procedures to achieve their goals. Drawing on a well of personal life experience, including adoption, blended families, domestic violence, surviving trauma and abuse, and building a successful life and business, Kathryn helps clients move forward with purpose and confidence.
A single mother of three amazing daughters, she knows firsthand how hard it is managing home, work and extended family. She doesn’t pretend to have all of the answers. No one has all of the answers! Kathryn does know the questions to ask to get you to where you want and need to be.

Nia Miles
Board Member
Nia Miles is a Washington, DC native and current resident of Charles County, MD. She has nearly 20 years of experience reviewing federal program operations in areas such as food and nutrition services and farm programs. Nia is passionate about improving socio-economic conditions in the community. In her spare time, she enjoys a variety of creative arts and spending time with her children.
Chantelle Young

Chantelle Young has lived in NYS, and various areas of the DMV, and currently living in Houston.
Chantelle has a passion for helping people in meaningful and lasting ways. Having lived through many of the same resource insecurities as our at risk communities, she has a unique ability to see through the barriers to service.

Tammy Massey
Special Events Coordinator , Prince George's County
Tammy Massey moved to Maryland in 1993 and this has been home since.
She has been on the board of many sports organizations for her son, and worked in Recreation for over 15 years planning events for the community.
Tammy enjoys creating fun events that can benefit any one and every one in our community.
